This is true about all students. That’s why we seek out a teacher. However, if we lack the experience of actually having “been there” inside real attacks, or we do not understand the science, strategical thinking, or technology that lies at the foundation of the techniques we’re reading about or seeing in videos…
I told him it’s ok, that therapy was needed and it was normal to go through it, but more importantly that it’s OK to tell women that he has this going on and that he’s working on it. Women are wonderful. They are accommodating. A guy who up front tells them he has some issues with touch that HE IS WORKING ON is vastly more attractive than a guy who hides one issue. He didn’t realize what I told him was true until day two of our bootcamp.
partes Now simply curl your toes downward and mentally and physically “grab the ground” below you with your toes. This is a very simple technique but when you curl your toes downward you will instantly “feel” more balanced and powerful. It’s a subtle feeling, but it’s there and you can feel it. Try it. Don’t strain to “grab” the ground, just do it easily. You’ll feel the increase in balance immediately.
